Watchlist Search keeps the name, email, company, optional phone, the watchlist search you described, the state, the page on watchlistsearch.com, campaign parameters that were on that page, and the country on the connection. The note exists so we can reply. We do not sell it. Ask about a note at hello@watchlistsearch.com.

Search OFAC at sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov. Record the confidence setting, the program code, and the date. OFAC says the tool is not a substitute for due diligence and will not pick the threshold for you.

Watchlist Search is not OFAC and does not block or clear a transaction.
